Hot off the Press – Sydney development company PB industries has just announced a joint venture enterprise with Property Buzz constructions to develop a new theme park based on the history of Sydney harbor on the site of the Old Pier one dock houses. This is directly across the harbor from Luna Park and in a Prime real estate position on the harbour, directly below the Sydney Harbour Bridge and accessible to all CBD vehicle and foot traffic and within minutes walk of the highly popular Rocks district.

Boom or Bust suburbs – The suburb to watch over the coming months in the southern Sydney market is Cronulla. Cronulla was impacted heavily by the downturn in the housing market but is experiencing a significant recover gaining back 10% growth over the past six months after suffering losses of 23% over the previous two years.
