Known as an emblematic figure in French history, de Gaulle, who was President from 1959 until 1969 and passed away in 1970, once occupied this majestic Beaulieu-sur-Mer property following the tumultuous era of World War II. The estate is credited as the birthplace of his renowned liberation of France speech.
