In an exciting move for Sydney’s property market, Third.i, a powerhouse in Australian property development, has joined hands with Toohey Miller to launch an exclusive residential project, Muse Potts Point. Muse Potts Point is poised to redefine luxury inner-city living with its offering of boutique residences in one of Sydney’s oldest and most fashionable neighbourhoods.

The project aspires to deliver a collection of 13 select one, two and three-bedroom homes, each epitomizing elegance and contemporary sophistication. To achieve this vision, Third.i has enlisted the expertise of Australia’s eminent architectural firm WMK Architecture. Their design intent is to ensure the building harmoniously mirrors the architectural and natural heritage of the area, featuring terraces that enhance the panoramic harbour and city vistas and a resident-only rooftop pool with sweeping scenery.

Inside, Mathieson Architects has been tasked with creating interiors that exude urban luxury and generous living spaces, employing bespoke finishes and artisan detailing. Promising to set a benchmark in residential design, each apartment will fuse oak veneer cabinetry and limestone fireplaces into a seamless open-plan living space. High-end appliances by Wolf, V-Zug, and Sub Zero and exclusive lighting by Italian studio Viabizzuno – making its debut in an Australian development – round out the ambitious specifications.

“Muse not only encapsulates the essence of the neighbourhood and suburb, but also presents stunning apartments that are skilfully designed to optimise the seamless integration of indoor and outdoor living spaces,” expressed Luke Berry, Co-Founder and Director of Third.i. Berry further celebrated the project’s commitment to meeting the community’s interests and nourishing the suburb’s future.

With their central location on Brougham Street, residents will be merely a stroll away from the Royal Botanic Garden, Sydney Modern Art Gallery, and Potts Point’s vibrant lifestyle offerings. Construction is on the horizon, expecting to commence in late 2023 and aiming for completion by the end of 2025.

Phillip Mathieson, the creative mind behind the project’s interiors, added his perspective on delivering standout luxury: “Through our approach of committed restraint and meticulous attention to detail, each boutique apartment has been designed to capture the essence of inner-city living, and beauty in simplicity.”

This announcement rides on the current market trend which sees a strong demand for luxury lifestyle properties in Potts Point and the wider Sydney East, driven by prestige downsizers looking for boutique residences that reflect the unique character and heritage of their local area. Muse Potts Point is set to fulfill these desires, marking a new chapter in the evolving narrative of Sydney’s sought-after inner-city enclaves.
