The stars have kicked off 2023 with a flurry of notable real estate dealings, with some of Hollywood’s biggest names, including Jay-Z, BeyoncĂ©, and Emma Stone, making significant moves in the property market.
Recently garnering awards for her role in “Poor Things,” Emma Stone quickly turned around the sale of her Los Angeles home – a four-bedroom charmer – which was listed in early January for $4 million and sold before the month concluded. “Emma seems to be on a winning streak listing her charming four-bedroom home in Los Angeles in early January for $4 million and finding a buyer before the month was over,” the release notes.

Meanwhile, bad Bunny secured a significant discount on Ariana Grande’s Hollywood Hills abode, spending $8.3 million – $600,000 less than Grande’s initial payment. “Even with the hefty discount, Bad Bunny still paid $8.3 million for the home in the popular Bird Streets section of the Hollywood Hills,” stated the release.
Soccer legend Lionel Messi opted for an eight-bedroom dwelling in Fort Lauderdale, which fetched $10.8 million, coinciding with his signing to play with Inter Miami CF.
The sea cliff mansion in San Francisco, once purchased by Sharon Stone in 1998, is now hitting the market at $39 million, while Nick Saban, before his retirement, splurged on a $17.5 million oceanfront home in Jupiter, Florida.
Financial troubles have led Kanye West to list his Malibu residence, initially purchased for $57 million, for a reduced price of $53 million. His Hollywood Hills home, where he lived for nearly a decade and a half, was recently up for grabs at $3.7 million as well.
