Family-owned luxury developer Andrews Projects has launched a $40 million penthouse collection within its $270 million Cascade development in Robina, offering stunning views of the hinterland and Gold Coast skyline.
In response to the demand for luxurious three-bedroom apartments, Andrews Projects has amalgamated several high-floor residences within Cascade to create an exclusive penthouse collection, resulting in only five residences per floor. With prices ranging from $1.9 million to $2.2 million, the three-bedroom plus media penthouses are attracting local downsizers and interstate holidaymakers seeking a luxurious lifestyle or a home away from home.
