Central Element’s Anden Coogee project wins at Asia Pacific Property Awards 2024-2025

Central Element (CE) will be honoured at the Asia Pacific Property Awards on 30 – 31 May 2024 at the Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, Bangkok for its Anden Coogee project, which has been named an Award Winner in the Apartment / Condominium Development category.

Anden Coogee, a boutique collection of 15 luxury lifestyle residences in Sydney’s beachside suburb of Coogee, will compete against the best projects in the category for the Five Star award, with the winner to be announced at the official Asia Pacific Awards ceremony.
The top winners in each region will automatically be entered into the overall international awards, culminating in a glittering awards ceremony at the end of the year.

The project is a collaboration between CE, MHNDU architects, Dangar Barin Smith landscaping and Lawless and Meyerson interiors, celebrating biophilic design with equal focus on wellness, sustainability, and luxury.

The building respects both the environment and local heritage, with a retained art deco facade and contemporary extension that blends with the existing streetscape.

The Asia Pacific Property Awards, the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognised programme throughout the region, form part of the International Property Awards.

The awards are judged by an independent panel of over 100 industry experts, chaired by Lord Best and Lord Waverley, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament.

There were over 900 entries for the region, with judging focused on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.

Nathan Chivas, Managing Director of Central Element, said Anden’s success is a testament to the award-winning team that worked on the project.

“After being recognised on a domestic level with two wins at the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) NSW Awards for Excellence, it is great to see Anden being honoured on an international stage,” Chivas said.

“I look forward to seeing our Anden Coogee project take out the top honours with a Five Star award at the ceremony in May.”
