View Media Group and Century 21 partner to revolutionise real estate digital marketing

View Media Group (VMG) and Century 21 Australasia have announced a strategic partnership aimed at transforming digital marketing in the real estate sector.

The collaboration integrates VMG’s Acquire platform into Century 21’s proprietary customer relationship management (CRM) system, “eSales”.

This partnership marks the first time Acquire has been embedded directly into a customer’s CRM, providing Century 21 agents and offices with full functionality within their own environment.

Branded as C21 Edge, the integration offers Century 21 agents in Australia and New Zealand a powerful listing advantage.

Tania Minchella, CEO at Combined Franchise Services, which operates Century 21 Australasia and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, said the integration would drive strong outcomes for vendors and agents.

“The integration of VMG’s Acquire product into our proprietary business platforms means that the product is truly ours. The platform allows us to drive strong outcomes for our vendors and agents through automated multi-channel digital advertising,” Minchella said.

The multi-channel reach of C21 Edge extends audience engagement through a comprehensive media strategy that includes social, display, and native ads across static and video formats.

This approach ensures potential buyers and sellers are reached wherever they are online and driven back to Century 21’s website for direct engagement with the brand and agents.

C21 Edge leverages Century 21’s customer database and third-party data to identify and target property-intending audiences, driving qualified traffic to Century 21’s website across multiple channels.

The platform also utilises VMG’s proprietary predictive modelling, layered with partner data from leading platforms including Meta, Google, Taboola, and Microsoft.

This strategy identifies and targets audiences with a high intent to transact in property, extending Century 21’s reach beyond traditional real estate portals.
