AW Jewel has announced strong sales results for its Jewel Private Residences on the Gold Coast, with $90 million in apartment sales recorded in the first half of 2024.
The sales, spanning from January to June 2024, were spread across the development’s two luxury residential towers: the Sapphire Tower Collection and the Diamond Tower Collection.
Key points:
- 42 apartments sold in the past six months
- Average sale price of $2,140,000
- Prices range from $1,174,000 for a one-bedroom apartment to $7 million for a three-bedroom beachfront apartment
- Total sales of $290 million since launch in early 2023
Adrian Parsons, Managing Director of TOTAL Property Group, which is marketing the residences, noted strong demand from prestige property buyers for Gold Coast beachfront apartments.
“Jewel Private Residences is meeting strong demand for Gold Coast’s luxurious beachfront apartments from an unprecedented level of prestige property buyers,” Parsons said.
The development’s success is attributed to its prime beachfront location, five-star resort amenities, and association with the international luxury hotel The Langham, Gold Coast.
Yutao Li, AW Jewel General Manager, expressed satisfaction with the positive reception from both holiday guests and permanent residents.
“We set out to create the ‘wow factor’ inside Jewel to match the architectural excellence of the three towers that are now iconic structures on the Gold Coast skyline,” Li said.
The Diamond Tower Collection offers Australia’s only fully serviced five-star luxury private residences on absolute beachfront with a full-time concierge.
Buyer data shows 96% of apartments were sold to Australian buyers, with the remaining 4% going to overseas buyers, primarily from New Zealand.
Jewel Private Residences is located at 36 Old Burleigh Road, Surfers Paradise, with 16 display apartments open for inspection by appointment.
