LaneVick, a Sydney-based boutique developer, has unveiled the second stage of its luxury residential project, Royale Randwick Terraces, in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.

The release comprises two new three-level terrace homes, featuring personal lifts connecting the basement car park to all levels.

Steve Maroun, Development Manager at LaneVick, said: “Royale captures the quality of a bygone era in these six exclusive terraces.”

Located in what locals call Randwick’s “Golden Triangle”, the homes are 400 metres from the University of New South Wales and Royal Randwick Hospital.

Each residence offers three oversized bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a top floor master suite with walk-in wardrobes and ensuite, 2.5 bathrooms, and a kitchen with stone benchtops and Miele appliances.

LaneVick has partnered with Studio Johnston architects for the project, which aims to blend heritage charm with modern elegance.

The interiors are customisable, with buyers able to choose between two colour schemes for the stone benchtops, flooring, and bathrooms.

Jack Pillari from Century 21, the selling agent, said: “Everything about Royale is unrivalled, and this project will be ideal for locals who seek the comforts of a resort lifestyle at home, and who appreciate the finer details of these residences both inside and out.”

The homes feature north-facing aspects, abundant natural light, and open-plan living spaces suited to outdoor entertaining.

Pillari anticipates strong interest from high-net-worth locals looking to downsize while remaining in the prestigious postcode.

Construction is underway, with completion expected in early 2025. Only four purchasing opportunities are available in this release.

LaneVick, with over 35 years of experience, has completed projects valued at $124 million and maintains a growing development pipeline.
