The iconic Narrabeen RSL Memorial & Recreation Club site in North Narrabeen has been put on the market, offering a rare opportunity to acquire a significant piece of Northern Beaches property.

Located at 116 Nareen Parade, the 1.884-hectare site has been a community cornerstone since 1947 and is now being offered for sale via Expressions of Interest.

Nick Lower, National Director at Savills Australia and New Zealand, said: “This iconic site offers an extraordinary blend of historical significance and future potential. It’s a unique opportunity for investors to leverage the property’s prime location to create something truly special for the North Narrabeen community.”

The property features a three-storey building with 1,842 square metres of lettable area, three lawn bowling greens, multiple lounge rooms, an auditorium, dining areas, office spaces, and 39 car parking spaces.

Tim Grosmann, State Director at Savills Australia and New Zealand, added: “Sites on the northern beaches are rare, but a 1.88-hectare property is unprecedented. Developers can capitalise on this opportunity with a wide range of potential options for the site, including healthcare facilities, childcare centres, community amenities, and residential land subdivisions.”

The site’s location, just 3 km from North Narrabeen Beach and 30 km from Sydney CBD, adds to its appeal for potential redevelopment.

Possible uses for the property include residential subdivision, boutique accommodation, childcare facilities, community-focused projects, or senior housing development.
