View.com.au expands property listings with new development integration

View Media Group (VMG) has announced the integration of all Apartments & Developments project listings into the Buy section on view.com.au, along with the launch of View Project Profiles.

The integration, announced on 24 July 2024, will provide developers with a dedicated landing page on view.com.au at no additional cost to their listing on a-d.com.au.

VMG Executive Chairman Antony Catalano said: “This is another step that demonstrates the power of the VMG group and the opportunities that exist through cross pollination of the businesses.”

“Apartments & Developments will continue to do the fantastic work it does in providing a portal that targets high intent off-the-plan buyers that delivers a very low cost of sale for Developers & Project Marketers but now they also get the added value of access to the mass audiences that view.com.au offers,” he added.

The move is expected to deliver a more cost-effective solution and better results for developers compared to other market offerings.

View.com.au, which launched on AFL grand final day September 30, 2023, has grown to reach 1.8 million users as of May 2024, according to Google Analytics data.

The integration means that property searches on View will now include both established properties and listed developments in a single search result.

Hywood added: “We’ve proven over nearly 10 years that there is a need for a dedicated portal for off-the-plan properties with a focus on attracting buyers who are genuinely in the market for off-the-plan properties.”

The new feature aims to provide seamless access to view.com.au audiences for AD Group clients without requiring additional uploads, potentially converting established property buyers to off-the-plan opportunities.

This integration represents a significant expansion of View.com.au’s property listings and a strategic move to provide a more comprehensive property search experience for users.
