View Media Group (VMG) has acquired The Property Agency (TPA), Australia’s leading specialist property communications agency.
The acquisition adds creative services to VMG’s existing portfolio of strategy, planning and media buying offerings for property developers and project marketers.
Founded in 2004, TPA has grown to a team of 35 staff across Sydney and Brisbane, specialising in creative services for off-the-plan property developments.
VMG Executive Chairman Antony Catalano said the acquisition completes the company’s full-service communications offering for the property sector.
“We are thrilled to welcome founder Bob St. Julian, Managing Partner Carl Mogridge and the entire team at TPA to the VMG family,” Catalano said.
He added, “We now complete our full service communications offering for developers & project marketers, adding creative services through TPA to the market-leading strategy, planning and performance media buying services offered by Today Media.”
The move aims to streamline services for clients by allowing for a single brief covering both creative and media aspects of property marketing.
TPA founder Bob St. Julian expressed optimism about the merger, stating, “Aligning with VMG takes us into the future. VMG will connect our brilliant ideas, stories and experiences to property buyers like never before.”
The acquisition is part of VMG’s strategy to expand beyond traditional property listings and become a comprehensive property marketplace.
VMG’s Developer solution now includes creative services via TPA, media services through Today Media, stock and channel management via Development ID, display suite solutions through Showcase, and a dedicated portal for off-the-plan buyers and sellers called Apartments & Developments.
As an added benefit, developments listed on Apartments & Developments will now also be featured on view.com.au at no extra cost.
This acquisition marks another step in VMG’s efforts to provide end-to-end services for the property sector, from marketing and creative services to listing and sales platforms.
