Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has been recognized as one of the World’s Most Sustainable Companies of 2024 by TIME magazine.
The inaugural list, compiled by TIME and Statista Inc., assessed companies on over 20 key sustainability data points.

Francisco highlighted the commercial real estate industry’s unique position in addressing global sustainability challenges.
“It’s so important that we take bold actions today to drive a net-zero built environment and positively impact our clients, our people, our communities and our planet,” she added.
The assessment considered factors including sustainability ratings and commitments, sustainability report quality, and environmental and social metrics from Corporate and Social Responsibility reports.
The top 500 companies globally received the title of World’s Most Sustainable Companies of 2024.
Companies from over 30 countries were recognized, with the United States, Japan and the United Kingdom hosting the highest numbers of sustainable companies.
Cushman & Wakefield, headquartered in Chicago, reported revenue of $9.5 billion in 2023 across its core services.
The firm employs approximately 52,000 people in nearly 400 offices across 60 countries.
Cushman & Wakefield has received numerous industry accolades for its culture and commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, and sustainability initiatives.
