A new $200 million luxury residential project called Perle is set to redefine upscale living in Penrith, Western Sydney.

Developed by James Place Group, Perle will offer 173 homes including penthouses, terrace houses and apartments in the emerging East Side Quarter (ESQ) neighbourhood.

The development will feature world-class amenities including:

  • A 1000 sqm lakefront dining precinct
  • A rooftop infinity pool
  • A Wellness Centre
  • Private gardens
  • Hotel-like concierge service
  • A private dining room for residents

Andrew James, Founder and Managing Director of James Place Group, said Perle aims to “transform urban spaces into places that foster community connection, innovation, and well-being.”

The project has already seen strong interest, with a penthouse selling off-market for a record $5.5 million.

Former Penrith Mayor Tricia Hitchen, who has purchased an apartment in Perle, said: “There is nothing comparable to Perle in Western Sydney.”

The development is part of the larger ESQ master plan on the Panthers precinct, designed to enhance quality of life for residents and contribute to the community.

Construction is set to begin in 2024, with completion aimed for late 2026 to coincide with the opening of Western Sydney’s new airport.

The project is expected to create over 1,000 construction jobs and deliver in-demand housing to the area.

A public showroom for Perle will open on September 22nd on Retreat Drive, Penrith.
