Elders Real Estate has strengthened its presence in New South Wales with the addition of three new offices in Gloucester, Dungog, and Wyong Creek.
Key points of the expansion include:
- New office in Wyong Creek led by experienced local agents Shaun Coffey, Alan Doggett, and Glen West
- Two new offices in Gloucester and Dungog under the direction of Andrew Tregent
- The expansion is part of Elders’ broader growth strategy, which has seen 16 new offices launched this year
Shaun Coffey, leading the Wyong Creek office, brings over 30 years of sales experience to the role.
Alan Doggett emphasized the importance of community connections, stating: “Connections and relationships are the foundation of everything we do. It’s vital that we build strong, lasting relationships in the local region.”
Andrew Tregent, director of the Gloucester and Dungog offices, explained his decision to join Elders:
“The opportunity to leverage Elders’ extensive resources and focus on rural real estate will allow us to better serve our clients,” Tregent said.
Belinda Connor, General Manager of Residential Real Estate and Brand at Elders, commented on the network’s growth:
“We’re excited about the continued growth of our footprint in both metro and regional Australia,” Connor said.
“Our mission has always been to provide personalised, local expertise supported by the backing of a national brand, and our expansion into these new regions reflects that goal.”
The new offices will offer residential, rural, and property management services, with a focus on leveraging Elders’ resources to enhance their offerings in the rural sector.
Elders Real Estate plans to open more locations by the end of 2024, continuing its expansion strategy across Australia.
