Property technology company AD Group has launched its Showcase digital display software into the house and land market through a partnership with Capital Corporation at its Lovedale Farm development in the Hunter Valley.
The software expansion follows its deployment at more than 150 apartment and townhouse display suites nationwide since 2022.
Capital Corporation senior development manager Sam Petinsky said the platform enhanced the buyer experience.
“After elevating the experience of visitors to the Wahroonga Estate display suite with Showcase presentation software and hardware solutions, choosing Showcase as our foundation partner for a premier residential golf resort was an easy decision,” he said.
The platform enables sales teams to demonstrate lot availability, floor plans, facades and colour schemes for the development, which includes an 18-hole championship golf course.
Colliers Residential national director Blake Schulze said the software had proven effective for off-the-plan sales.
“Not only is Showcase a game-changer in presenting our sales collateral digitally to enhance the customer journey and help seal the sale, the team provides impeccable service and is always on hand if we need them,” he said.
The Lovedale Farm project marks the company’s first venture into house and land developments after focusing on medium and high-density projects.
The development includes rural land lots, turnkey packages and community facilities such as tennis courts and a swimming pool.
AD Group co-founder and managing director Tom Hywood said the expansion represented a significant milestone.
“To have collaborated with Capital Corporation on Wahroonga Estate then its house and land offering at Lovedale Farm speaks volumes of our team’s passion and capability in designing a seamless solution across all off-the-plan sectors,” he said.
