A striking beachfront residence in Curl Curl featuring an infinity pool and panoramic ocean views has been listed for sale with price expectations between $12 million and $13 million.

The four-level property at 60 Carrington Parade, known as The Boat House, has generated significant social media attention within hours of its market debut.

The contemporary home was commissioned by Manly local Rob Tucker, who purchased the site for $3.26 million in 2017 after growing up surfing at the nearby beach.

Shane Clinton of Christie’s International Real Estate said the property’s position was exceptional.

“It’s a spectacular build, right opposite the surf club; it’s one of the very few with such a unique position,” Mr Clinton said.

“Within hours of listing it, we saw it was getting incredible coverage on social media.”

The residence, designed by MHDP Architects, features four bedrooms, three bathrooms with underfloor heating, and two powder rooms.

The living room opens to an infinity pool and relaxation deck equipped with a retractable television.

Additional features include a rooftop terrace with ocean views, integrated smart home automation, a lift, and a cinema room with a 98-inch Samsung television.

The property also houses a 726-bottle wine cellar and a saltwater fish tank maintained by a marine biologist.

A secure basement garage with a turntable provides parking for up to four cars.

The home’s design capitalises on its beachfront location, offering views of both the surf and annual whale migrations from most rooms.
