Jewel’s Tower 3 introduces premium beachfront apartments

The third and final tower of the $1.5 billion Jewel development has been launched to the market, offering premium beachfront residences in the Diamond Tower Collection. This follows the successful sell-out of the Sapphire Collection in Tower 1, which released 100 apartments in stages throughout 2023, achieving sales of $200 million.

AW Jewel, the developer behind Jewel, has disclosed the availability of 15 premium beachfront apartments in Tower 3, marking the first collection of the Diamond Tower. These residences are valued between $1.6 million and $7 million for a three-bedroom apartment, representing the pinnacle of luxury on the Gold Coast with their unique location and premium amenities.

The 34-storey tower, distinguished by its diamond shape, comprises 108 apartments, each offering a bespoke layout. The Diamond Tower Collection is notable for providing the only true concierge service for private residences on the Gold Coast, a feature that sets it apart from other luxury accommodations in the area. This service includes a wide range of amenities, from parcel acceptance to organizing in-house chefs and event bookings.

Additionally, residents of the Diamond Tower Collection have exclusive access to wellness facilities provided by The Langham, Gold Coast. These facilities include a 20-metre indoor magnesium pool and a fully equipped gymnasium, enhancing the luxury living experience.

AW Jewel partnered with The Langham to integrate a five-star hotel within the Jewel development, further elevating the standard of luxury residences on the Gold Coast. The launch of the Diamond Tower Collection completes the Jewel trilogy, offering an unparalleled living experience.
