Family-owned luxury developer Andrews Projects has launched a $40 million penthouse collection within its $270 million Cascade development in Robina, Gold Coast, offering stunning views of the hinterland and city skyline.
In response to demand for luxurious three-bedroom apartments, Andrews Projects has amalgamated several high-floor residences within Cascade to create the exclusive penthouse collection, resulting in only five residences per floor.
With prices ranging from $1.9 million to $2.2 million, the three-bedroom plus media penthouses are attracting local downsizers seeking a luxurious, low-maintenance lifestyle and interstate holidaymakers looking for a home away from home.
The family-sized penthouses feature Andrews’ signature floor-to-ceiling windows, generous livable balconies, and high-end internal finishes, including timber flooring, Caesarstone benchtops, and Miele appliances with an integrated fridge/freezer included.
