Family-owned luxury developer Andrews Projects has launched a $40 million penthouse collection within its $270 million Cascade development in Robina, Gold Coast, offering stunning views of the hinterland and city skyline.
In response to demand for luxurious three-bedroom apartments, Andrews Projects has amalgamated several high-floor residences within Cascade to create the exclusive penthouse collection, resulting in only five residences per floor.
With prices ranging from $1.9 million to $2.2 million, the three-bedroom plus media penthouses are attracting local downsizers seeking a luxurious, low-maintenance lifestyle and interstate holidaymakers looking for a home away from home.
The family-sized penthouses feature Andrews’ signature floor-to-ceiling windows, generous livable balconies, and high-end internal finishes, including timber flooring, Caesarstone benchtops, and Miele appliances with an integrated fridge/freezer included.
Residents will also have access to six-star amenities, such as a 25-meter resort pool, a state-of-the-art gym, sauna, cold plunge, and steam room. A rare find on the Gold Coast, some penthouses will also include three side-by-side car spaces with basement storage.
Sarah Andrews, Sales Manager at Andrews Projects, said Cascade brings a new standard of elevated living to Robina, which has traditionally had large family homes and smaller apartments.
“We have had a lot of interest from local downsizers who love living in the Robina area but want to live a simpler life with less maintenance,” she said. “The penthouses are also priced very attractively and as a result, we have also had a lot of interest from interstate investors who want a larger Gold Coast apartment for a holiday home, without the $3M+ plus price tag.”
Cascade is currently under construction, with completion expected in late 2025. To date, over 60 percent of the residences have already been sold.
